HR Assistant (Part-Time)

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting the HR Manager in organizing company events. You will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient HR process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS software
• Support the HR Manager in organizing and coordinating company events
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of payroll data
• Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
• Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a HR or administrative capacity
• Proficient in using HRIS software, such as BambooHR or Workday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian HR laws and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
