- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial support to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and documentation of all financial transactions.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
