📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics and inventory management.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing inventory audits.
• Handle any additional administrative tasks related to logistics and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics administration or inventory management.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as JDA, Manhattan, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
