📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Plan and execute sales promotions, including price adjustments, display setups, and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product placement in retail outlets.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales team and management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or merchandising in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving license and a reliable vehicle are a plus.
