📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient production processes.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
