📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality prints.
• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, including HP Indigo presses and EFI Fiery servers.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor print jobs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize printing processes for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the printing environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance printing capabilities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital printing operations or a related field.
• Proven experience operating HP Indigo presses and EFI Fiery servers.
• Strong knowledge of digital printing processes, including prepress, printing, and postpress.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and EFI Fiery.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
