📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 and small group tuition sessions to students in primary and secondary levels.
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning style.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a consistent and high standard of teaching.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in teaching.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a strong partnership in the student's educational journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a 1-to-1 or small group setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
