📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.,Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.,Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.,Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales forecasting techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and customer service best practices.
