📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and track sales leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.,Coordinate with sales team to organize and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and events.,Assist in preparing and maintaining sales reports, forecasts, and other related documents.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, contracts, and other relevant documents.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.,Assist in the organization and coordination of office events, such as team-building activities and company celebrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and administrative coordination roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is required.
