📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and support to the recruitment team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
