📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible pricing and service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of supply chain management principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and purchasing practices is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
