📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the power plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and optimize energy production to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve plant performance and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the power plant industry.
• Certification in ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using power plant management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
