• Oversee the planning, design, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with industry-leading consultants to deliver high-quality M&E solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for M&E installations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing M&E projects from planning to commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IFC, NEC, ASHRAE).
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other M&E design software.
