As a Manufacturing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from initial assembly to final testing and packaging. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of our products. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, you’ll have the opportunity to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize production processes.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and supply chain logistics, ensuring timely availability of materials and components.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed.
