📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and overseeing the structural design and analysis of various projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical reports and drawings.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional engineering license (e.g., PE, S.E.) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
