📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing training and guidance.
  • Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and reports.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
  • Stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid certification as a Lab Technician or equivalent.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance is a plus.
