📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of distribution processes.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
