📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual cleaning methods.
• Ensure all dishes are properly dried and stored to prevent cross-contamination.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on dishwashing machines and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of dishes for service.
• Participate in inventory management to ensure all supplies are properly stocked.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dishwashing or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing machines and manual cleaning methods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
