Your daily tasks will include preparing ingredients, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and supporting the head cook in delivering high-quality meals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Help in stock management, including ordering and receiving ingredients.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Support the head cook in managing kitchen operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Assist in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Help in preparing and serving food to guests in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings and follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
