📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for individual and corporate clients,Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses,Monitor credit portfolios and provide regular reports on credit risk exposures,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address credit risk issues and opportunities,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on credit risk management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk management,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk analysis or a similar role,Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and techniques,Proficiency in risk modeling and statistical analysis,Experience with financial software and tools such as Excel, SAS, or R,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
