📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire editorial process, from manuscript acquisition to final publication.,Edit and proofread manuscripts to ensure high-quality content and adherence to publishing standards.,Collaborate with authors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome for each project.,Develop and implement editorial policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all publications.,Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects.,Provide constructive feedback to authors and contributors to help them improve their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the publishing field.,Mentor and guide junior editors and staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in book editing or a similar role in the publishing industry.,Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style rules.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant publishing software.,Familiarity with the publishing industry, including manuscript acquisition, editing, and production processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
