The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control costs and budgets, ensuring profitability and financial health of the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Implement and maintain marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Monitor and improve restaurant performance through regular reviews and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and developing a team of staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts.,Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer software and technology for restaurant management.
