📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
