📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the sales counter, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.,Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Provide product information and answer customer queries to the best of your ability.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.,Monitor and report sales performance to the sales manager.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and sales tools.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
