In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the restaurant industry.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking the status of all open positions.,Providing feedback to candidates and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.,Analyzing hiring metrics and identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the restaurant industry.,Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its unique hiring challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
