📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, human resources, and supply chain management.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and sustainability.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company in various business meetings, conferences, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing businesses.,Strong understanding of financial management, human resources, and supply chain management.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
