📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Develop and implement operational plans to enhance restaurant performance.,Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
