📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the quality assurance process for our products and services.,Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and best practices.,Conduct thorough testing and quality control activities to identify and resolve issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met.,Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers and other team members.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.,Work closely with the development team to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the software development lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.,Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
