📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to identify potential issues and address them proactively.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.,Track and report on client account performance and progress towards goals.,Ensure that all client interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with the company's values.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Key Account Management or similar role.,Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry is a plus.
