📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.,Oversee the preparation of daily menus and coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop junior chefs to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.,Participate in menu planning and development to keep up with culinary trends and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.,Handle any emergency situations in the kitchen with professionalism and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Deputy Head Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
